Activity sessions run from 13.00 - 16.30 on Mondays, 11:30 - 14.00 on Wednesdays and from 08.30
- 13.00 on Fridays. Wycombe 50 Plus offers a large number of sports,
which include Badminton, Racketball, Short Tennis, Table Tennis, Bowls,
Short Mat Bowls, Volleyball, Keep Fit, Yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba, Group Cycling, Supple Strength, Veraflow and Swimming.
